The Aputure STORM 700x Tunable White LED Monolight Cine Kit is designed for cinematographers, gaffers, studios, and rental houses seeking a durable, high-performance lighting solution. This kit includes the STORM 700x Monolight, a CF10 Fresnel with 8-leaf barndoors, and a stainless steel skid for ground-level or shelf placement. The STORM 700x uses Aputure’s advanced BLAIR chipset for exceptional color precision, while the CF10 Fresnel doubles its light output with a 15–40° zoom range. The skid provides secure, stable support for the fixture, even when the Fresnel is mounted.
Aputure STORM 700x Tunable White LED Monolight
The STORM 700x is Aputure’s latest compact point-source LED fixture, combining a tunable-white engine with high output and color accuracy. Built on the foundation of the STORM 1200x, XT52, and 400x, it retains Aputure’s proprietary BLAIR chipset—offering excellent spectral performance and precise white-light reproduction. With 700W of power, smooth dimming, multiple control options, a ProLock Bowens mount, and an IP65-rated housing, it’s ideal for professional film and TV production in any environment. Included accessories: 35° reflector, control box, clamp, head and power cables, and a rolling soft case.
BLAIR Light Engine
The BLAIR chipset integrates blue, lime, amber, indigo, and red LEDs for enhanced brightness and accuracy, covering over 70% of the Rec. 2020 color gamut. The fixture scores CRI 95, TLCI 95, SSI 87 (at 3200K and 5600K), and TM-30 Rf 95/Rg 100. This five-diode architecture extends the CCT range and improves color consistency across various lighting setups.
Unmatched Flexibility
The STORM 700x offers a CCT range from 2500K to 10,000K with full ±G green-magenta adjustment for precise white-point tuning. At 5600K, it outputs up to 16,730 lux at 9.8′ with the included reflector. Users can choose between Max Output, Constant Output, High-Speed, Lead-Follow, and Studio operation modes.
Advanced Control
The control box enables 0.1–100% stepless dimming across four curves—Linear, Exponential, Logarithmic, and S-Curve. Control options include wired and wireless support via DMX, RDM, CRMX, and Bluetooth through Sidus Link and Sidus Link Pro apps. Twelve DMX profiles allow customizable dimming and signal-loss behaviors for seamless integration into professional lighting setups.
Rugged, Compact Design
Engineered for demanding production environments, the STORM 700x features IP65 weather resistance and an active cooling system with Smart, High, Medium, and Silent modes. The ProLock Bowens mount ensures a secure connection with modifiers. It operates on 100–240V AC power with the included 19.6′ power cable.
Additional Features
Built-in lighting effects include Paparazzi, Fireworks, Flickering Bulb, Cannon, Lightning, TV, Pulse, Flash, Explosion, and Flame, with 10 customizable presets. With a 58° native beam angle and a 35° reflector, the fixture can also use an optional 25° reflector. The head weighs 11.35 lb, and the control box approximately 9 lb. Firmware updates are supported via Sidus Link, Sidus Link Pro, or USB-A.
Aputure CF10 Fresnel & Barndoors Kit
The CF10 Fresnel & Barndoors Kit complements the STORM 700x with a 10" glass lens and 8-leaf barndoors housed in a compact, durable frame. It amplifies the STORM 700x output up to 56,200 lux at 5600K and provides a variable beam angle from 15° spot to 40° flood, maintaining smooth falloff and consistent color.

Compatibility
