Who’s eligible

Registered owners of KOMODO or KOMODO-X trading into a qualifying V-RAPTOR model.

How it works (customer version)

  1. Choose your new V-RAPTOR body or pack with Omega.
  2. Provide your trade-in serial number at the time of purchase (required).
  3. Send your working trade-in camera so RED receives it within 10 days of your new purchase being fulfilled.
  4. After RED verifies the camera, your trade-in credit is applied.

Note: Sales tax/VAT is calculated on the full purchase price before credit.
