Reward Payment Tiers (Up to $10,000)

How to Submit Your Reward Payment Request

1) Visit Yamaha’s promotion page and click “Get My Reward Payment”:

2) Sign in with your YAMAHA MUSIC ID account.
3) Complete the required fields and upload:
• New product invoice
• New console serial number + photo
• Legacy console model + serial number + photo
4) After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email and status info.
5) After eligibility is verified, Yamaha will email you instructions to claim your reward payment.
Processing can take approximately 6–8 weeks.
6) Follow the link in the email and complete the claim process. Reward payment is sent by mail as a VISA® Prepaid Card.

• Offer valid only for qualifying purchases made in the 50 United States or District of Columbia by eligible U.S. residents (18+).
