Safety is Paramount
To release the clamp, you need to push out the orange safety button first before it can fully open. To reduce the risk of gear getting dislodged, the top plate features a discreet bolt that can be interchanged with the winged lever. This requires a 3mm hex key to operate the clamp. The Dead Lock Bolt can be activated to enhance stability, securely locking the dovetail in position during the most challenging shots.

Sony FX9 Handle & MI Shoe Connectivity
Our top plate provides ample space for the Sony FX9 handle. When you remove the dovetail plate, the handle seamlessly integrates, linking to the control port for extra audio channels via the MI shoe.
Small Details
Paying attention to even the minutest details, the top plate includes mounting points for the Sony Mic holder on both the top and sides, Sony cable clips as well as locations to relocate the film plane hook.
Instructions
For installation, align the four captive mounting screws with the camera's top and secure them by tightening with a 4mm hex key in a crisscross pattern.
