The Marshall CV355-27X-IP Box Camera is a versatile solution designed for a wide range of professional environments, including broadcast, government, courtrooms, education, houses of worship, corporate training, remote medical, and online communication applications. Equipped with an 8.5MP 1/2.5" CMOS sensor, it captures high-quality video at resolutions up to 1080p60.
Powerful Zoom Performance
This compact box-style camera features a 27x optical zoom lens, complemented by up to 12x digital zoom. With a focal length range of 5.56 to 150mm and a horizontal field of view from 60° to 3.2°, it delivers sharp, detailed images from wide-angle shots to long-distance telephoto capture.
IP Streaming with SRT Support
The CV355-27X-IP supports SRT (Secure Reliable Transport), an open-source protocol designed to optimize video streaming across unstable or unpredictable networks. With secure transmission and efficient firewall traversal, SRT ensures reliable, high-quality video delivery even in challenging network conditions.
Low-Light Performance
Engineered for environments with varying lighting conditions, the camera offers excellent low-light sensitivity. This ensures clear, consistent image quality in settings such as live events, worship services, sports, and other dynamic lighting scenarios.
Flexible Input and Output Options
The camera provides multiple video output interfaces, including 3G-SDI, HDMI, and IP. A 3.5mm stereo audio input allows integration of external analog audio sources directly into the video stream. It also supports simultaneous HDMI output with embedded audio.
Simplified Connectivity and Control
The CV355-27X-IP can be configured to transmit video, audio, control, and power over a single Ethernet cable using PoE, streamlining installation and reducing cable complexity. Camera control is available via RS-232 serial communication using a separately available controller.
