Sony SBAC-US30 - USB 3.0 SxS Memory Card Reader / Writer
The SBAC-US30 is a single slot SxS Card Reader which can be bus powered over the USB cable, provides fast transfer speeds using a USB 3.0 interface, and also enables the user to also read SD, MS, and XQD memory by using the appropriate ExpressCard adapter (i.e. MEAD adaptors for SD and MS media and the QDA-EX1 for XQD memory). The SBAC-US30 SxS PRO memory card reader/writer works on both Windows-based PCs and Macintosh computers via a USB 3.0 interface for high-speed transfer of audio-visual material.
The reader is also compatible with a USB 2.0 interface. The SBAC-US30 can realize double the speed of SBAC-US20 with the new SxS Pro+/SxS-1 Card, which is approx. 360 MB/s* for reading speed. This compact and portable device comes in handy in many situations on location, for desktop browsing and fully-fledged editing. Note*: The speed depends on the PC performance and ingesting drives. The Card Reader is powered over USB 3.0 bus - no AC adapter is required The unit also accepts SD, MS, and XQD memory cards using the appropriate Sony ExpressCard Adapter
