Capture detailed UHD 4K video with the Panasonic AW-UER210 5K PTZ Camera with 22x Optical Zoom. Designed for professional broadcast, live production, studio, and event environments, the camera can simultaneously output up to UHD 4K60 video through IP, 12G-SDI, 3G-SDI, and HDMI connections.
The AW-UER210 combines a large 1.2" type 5K MOS sensor, 22x optical zoom, an 80° horizontal viewing angle, high-speed pan and tilt movement, PoE++ support, and remote LAN control. It also supports Dante audio and SMPTE ST 2110 workflows, along with dual SFP28 interfaces for high-speed connectivity. A built-in roll function provides one-touch horizon adjustment and automatic image leveling for flexible installation and operation.
1.2" 5K MOS Sensor
The AW-UER210 is equipped with a 1.2" type 5K MOS sensor with a global shutter, helping produce natural-looking images with reduced distortion and flicker. This makes it well suited for applications such as studio productions with LED walls, live events featuring dynamic lighting, and sports broadcasts.
Using 5K oversampling, the camera produces highly detailed 4K video with accurate reproduction of textures and fine image details.
One-Touch Horizon Adjustment and Automatic Leveling
A built-in roll function allows operators to quickly adjust the camera horizon with a single touch, helping simplify setup in challenging installation environments such as cranes, angled ceilings, or other unconventional mounting positions.
Automatic horizon leveling can also maintain a level image during operation, reducing the need for repeated manual adjustments throughout setup and production.
Advanced IP System Integration
The AW-UER210 supports SMPTE ST 2110 and Dante integration for professional IP-based production environments. ST 2110 support enables uncompressed 4K video output with low-latency JPEG XS transmission while also supporting return video workflows through IP input.
Dante audio provides additional flexibility for IP-based audio workflows and supports redundant connections, allowing the camera to accommodate a variety of production applications and system configurations.
Flexible High-Speed Video Interfaces
The AW-UER210 includes 12G-SDI, 3G-SDI, HDMI, and redundant IP/Dante streaming outputs, providing flexible connectivity for integration into a wide variety of professional production systems.
Dual SFP28 interfaces provide additional high-speed connectivity options, allowing production teams to select a connection method that best fits their system and production environment.
Support for NDI High Bandwidth, SRT, FreeD, and OpenTrackIO also allows the camera to integrate into live streaming, live event, and virtual production workflows.
Fast and Flexible 22x Optical Zoom
The camera features a 22x optical zoom with adjustable zoom speeds designed to accommodate both rapid reframing and slow, controlled movements. Zoom transitions can range from approximately 0.5 seconds from telephoto to wide angle up to approximately 180 seconds for gradual, expressive movement.
An 80° horizontal viewing angle provides broad scene coverage, making the camera especially useful in locations where installation space is limited.
Simultaneous 16:9 and 9:16 Video Output
Using its built-in roll mechanism and full sensor image, the AW-UER210 can produce both traditional 16:9 video and vertically cropped 9:16 content at the same time.
This gives production teams the flexibility to create standard broadcast content alongside vertical video for social media streaming, vertical displays, and LED walls using a single camera.
High-Speed Pan and Tilt Movement
The AW-UER210 features a precise pan and tilt mechanism capable of operating smoothly across a wide range of speeds. Its responsive movement allows operators to follow both slow and fast-moving subjects with greater control.
The camera supports maximum pan and tilt speeds of up to 400° per second and can accelerate from a stationary position to maximum speed in approximately 0.2 seconds, helping operators quickly track action during fast-paced productions.
Built-In AI Autoframing
An integrated AI-based autoframing function can automatically track subjects while maintaining the selected composition directly within the camera.
Operators can switch between fully automatic and semiautomatic operation, providing additional control when fine composition adjustments are needed. Integration with Media Production Suite can also help streamline multicamera workflows and improve production efficiency.
Built-In E-Paper Status Display
The front of the AW-UER210 includes an integrated e-paper display that provides important camera information at a glance.
The display can dynamically show details such as the camera number, operating status, IP address, and QR codes, helping simplify camera identification, setup, and system management during production.
