Complete Camera Cage Pro Kit
Build a fully protected and professionally powered Sony FX5 rig with the lightweight and modular Camera Cage Pro Kit from Tilta. The kit includes a formfitting full camera cage, Mini PD V-Mount Battery Plate, adjustable Arca-type battery plate receiver, and a 100W right-angle USB-C power cable.
Formfitting Full Camera Cage
The lightweight aluminum cage is designed specifically for the Sony FX5, providing four-sided protection while maintaining access to the camera's controls, ports, and battery compartment. It features an integrated side grip and a detachable Arca-type bottom plate that supports both horizontal and vertical mounting configurations.
DJI Gimbal Center Point
The cage base includes a center-positioning point that simplifies mounting the camera on compatible DJI gimbals, helping reduce balancing time and speed up setup.
Versatile Accessory Mounting
Mount a variety of accessories using the top and left-side NATO rails, shoe mount, and anti-twist 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads. The detachable Arca-type base plate allows for quick mounting on compatible tripod heads, gimbals, and other support systems.
Durable and Secure Design
Constructed from durable aluminum, the four-sided cage includes built-in strap slots and a magnetic latch that provides added security for the camera's battery compartment. An Allen key and screwdriver tool are stored on the bottom of the cage for convenient adjustments.
HDMI Cable Protection
The included cable clamp helps secure the camera's HDMI cable and protects it from accidental disconnection during production.
Adjustable Arca Battery Plate Receiver
The adjustable Arca receiver allows the battery plate to mount directly to the camera cage or a compatible DJI gimbal without requiring a traditional baseplate and 15mm rods. It can extend up to 1.5" to accommodate batteries of different widths and includes multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for mounting additional accessories.
Mini PD V-Mount Battery Plate
Power the camera and connected accessories with a high-capacity V-mount battery using the included Mini PD V-Mount Battery Plate. The universal plate provides one 14.8 VDC D-Tap output, one 2-pin 14.8 VDC LEMO-type output, and one 60W USB-C Power Delivery output.
The battery plate can mount to a standard 15mm LWS rig using the included rod clamp and features multiple 1/4"-20 and M4 threads for flexible mounting configurations. Integrated strap slots and the included safety strap help keep the battery securely in place. The plate is constructed from durable aluminum and stainless steel.
100W Right-Angle USB-C Power Cable
Designed for high-power cameras and compact production rigs, the included USB-C cable supports up to 100W of USB Power Delivery. It features one straight USB-C connector and one right-angle USB-C connector to reduce cable strain and conserve space around the camera.
The short, flexible cable helps keep the rig clean and organized while providing a durable connection suitable for on-set use.
