JVC releases Firmware 3.0 for the GY-HM600 and GY-HM650 camcorders

3.0 UPGRADE ADDS NEW FEATURES, IMPROVED PERFORMANCE

JVC is pleased to announce a major upgrade for GY-HM600 and GY-HM650 customers. New features added to both cameras include:
- 1080 60p recording modes
- 50Mbps Extreme High Quality (XHQ) recording with H.264 (.mov files)
- Large file support when using SDXC card

The GY-HM650 now has advanced IP streaming features including:
- Live streaming with Zixi error correction
- Live streaming with RTSP/RTP format

The upgrades are free of charge, and can be downloaded from the JVC website:
