Built on the proven DM7 architecture, the DM5 Series is available in two models, DM5 and DM5C, with seamless console file compatibility across DM7 and DM5 consoles while maintaining a consistent workflow.
Yamaha DM5
The DM5 is a professional 60-channel, dual-bay digital console designed for live sound, corporate events, broadcast, and theater production.
Built on the DM7 engine, it delivers 96kHz audio, flagship processing, advanced effects, and compatibility with the DM Series Editor for seamless show file sharing.

PY-Series Expansion Card Compatibility
The Yamaha DM5 and DM5 Compact use the same PY-Series expansion card ecosystem as the DM7 Series. Both DM5 models include a PY card slot.

Dante Connectivity

Yamaha RUio1608SB-D
Designed for live sound and temporary event applications, the RUio1608SB-D provides a portable, digital snake-style solution with 16 inputs and 8 outputs.
It can be placed directly on the floor or installed in a rack using an optional mounting kit. Head amp performance is comparable to the Yamaha DM3.

Yamaha RUio0804-D
The RUio0804-D is a rackmount 8-input, 4-output audio interface designed to expand system flexibility while delivering improved sound quality over previous models such as the Ri8/Ro8-D.
Its compact 1U chassis includes 8 XLR inputs, 4 XLR outputs, and Dante compatibility for live sound, events, theaters, temporary setups, and installed applications.

Sources can be selected in two-channel groups, allowing the unit to support changing I/O requirements across live sound, events, installations, and business audio systems.
